Improving the Quality of People’s
Lives One Stretch at a Time
Ryan Terry
Founder/CEO of RT OF STRETCH.

Ryan Terry was born in Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, NC, and later moved to the small steel town of Steubenville, Ohio. Growing up in Steubenville, Ryan realized his passion for sports. He played baseball, basketball, wrestled, and ran track, but became completely enamored with football. After graduating high school from Steubenville Big Red, Ryan went on to play football at Tennessee State University. After a successful freshman year with the TSU Tigers, Ryan decided to transfer to the University of Iowa where he was awarded a scholarship and was voted co-captain of his 1994 football team. He completed 3 successful seasons at Iowa, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and went on to have a successful NFL & CFL career playing for the Arizona Cardinals, Edmonton Eskimos, Toronto Argonauts, and the Montreal Alouettes.
After retiring from football, Ryan wanted to transition into a career where he could help people and make a difference. He continued down the path of fitness, health, & wellness, and began to coach and train athletes. This is where he was introduced to something that would change everything, Assisted Stretch Therapy. Assisted Stretch Therapy opened a whole new world for Ryan, and it became his mission to develop a system that would help people feel better and perform better, while ensuring the therapist did not get overworked.
Through years of applied training, multiple certifications, and support from sports performance experts and medical community thought leaders around the world, Ryan developed an improved system of assisted stretch therapy with a technique he coined, the RT OF STRETCH method. Ryan has been committed to, “Improving the quality of people’s lives one stretch at a time.” His knowledge and experience allow him to meet the needs of a diverse group of clients including; youth-to-professional athletes, clients with neurological disorders, pre & post-natal women, weekend warriors, arthritis sufferers, senior clients experiencing overall muscle tightness, and individuals needing stress relief. Ryan plans on training elite therapists by teaching the RT OF STRETCH method and building strategic partnerships with professional sports teams, medical practices, corporate contracts, senior communities, foundations & charities.
